Questions

Who pays the fee?

Crew do, and only out of money they actually receive: 15% standard, 10% for founding crew and on everyone’s first 5 gigs. Artists pay the price they agreed to, with no added fees.

What if the work isn’t delivered?

If work isn’t delivered by the deadline, or a revision goes unanswered for 2 days, open a dispute. The payout freezes and we decide: refund, release, or split.

What if the artist cancels?

More than 7 days before the first date, the deposit is refunded. Inside 7 days, the crew member keeps it. If the crew member cancels, the artist gets everything back.

Can I keep my prices private?

Yes. Hide prices on your profile and packages, or make packages unlisted and share them by link only.

Are there star ratings?

No public stars. Artists leave a private rating and an optional shout-out. Profiles show jobs done, on-time delivery, how many artists rebooked, and verified credits.

Is there an app?

Yes, one app: My Pitlist on iPhone, with a switch between hiring and getting hired. Everything also works on the web.
